Rizikové faktory ústavní výchovy ve vztahu k užívání nelegálních drog - případové studie

Abstract

Cílem a hlavním zadáním této práce je v jednotlivých případových studiích uživatelů nelegálních návykových látek, kteří prošli ústavní výchovou zjistit, jaké rizikové faktory v souvislosti s ústavní výchovou se vyskytly u zkoumaných osob, jaké byly nejvíce zastoupeny, a jaká životní událost nebo události souvisely s počátkem drogové kariéry zkoumaných osob. V teoretické části práce je nejprve popsána ústavní výchova ohledně její funkce, legislativních a zákonných norem platných v ČR a v důvodech umísťování dětí do ústavní výchovy. Dále je zde ústavní výchova pojednána s ohledem na formování lidské osobnosti, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé rizikové faktory ústavní výchovy vzhledem k vývoji osobnosti, které vycházejí ze současných teoretických poznatků tohoto fenoménu, přičemž hlavní pozornost je věnována psychické deprivaci v dětství v souvislosti s ústavní výchovou. V této práci se jedná o kvalitativní výzkum formou případových studií, a metoda pro získání dat pro účely této práce je polostrukturované interview. Z výsledků této diplomové práce vyplývá, že u zkoumaných osob se v určité míře objevily všechny popsané rizikové faktory ústavní výchovy, ale nejvíce se v jednotlivých případových studiích objevily projevy hospitalismu a další souvislosti, které mohou být příčinou a důsledkem psychické...

The objective and main task of this thesis is to ascertain, in the individual case studies of users of illicit addictive substances who underwent institutional care, what risk factors occurred in the examined persons, which of them were represented by the greatest number and what life event or events were associated with the beginning of drug abuse career of the examined persons. The theoretical part of the thesis first describes the institutional care with regard to its function, legislative and statutory regulations applicable in the Czech Republic and the reasons for placing children into institutional care. The thesis further deals with institutional care with regard to formation of human personality and describes the individual risk factors of institutional care in relation to development of personality which follow from the current theoretical knowledge of this phenomenon where the main attention is paid to psychological deprivation in childhood in connection with institutional care.
