Ergoterapie pacientů po poškození mozku s neglect syndromem

Abstract

BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Jméno: Petra Říhová Vedoucí práce: Mgr.Jaromíra Uhlířová Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Ergoterapie u pacientů po poškození mozku s neglect syndromem Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na shrnutí aktuálních poznatků o neglect syndromu, velmi zajímavém fenoménu provázejícím poškození mozku. Poskytuje informace o jeho prevalenci, etiopatogenezi, členění, klinickém obraze a průběhu onemocnění. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována diagnostickým a terapeutickým postupům a popisu ergoterapeutické intervence během jednotlivých fází onemocnění. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části, která je zpracována formou literární rešerše, jsou shrnuty poznatky o neglect syndromu. Praktická část obsahuje jednu kasuistiku pacienta s neglect syndromem a zpracovaná data z dotazníkových šetření. Otázky v dotazníku jsou kladeny za účelem získání informací o zkušenostech ergoterapeutů z oslovených pracovišť s četností výskytu, diagnostikou a terapií neglect syndromu. Práci uzavírá diskuse nad výsledky, která porovnává diagnostické a terapeutické postupy doporučované v literatuře s postupy používanými v kasuistice a zjištěnými v dotazníkovém šetření. OF BACHELOR THESIS Title of bachelor thesis: Occupational therapy in patients after the brain injury with neglect syndrome This bachelor thesis is focused on summarizing the knowledge of the neglect syndrome, very interesting phenomenon accompanying brain injury. Thesis provides information about prevalence, etiopathogenesis, classification, clinical presentation and course of the disease. Special attention is devoted to diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and description of occupational therapist's intervention during the various phases of the disease. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is a review of specialized literature and summarizes the informations about neglect syndrome. The practical part contains one casuistic of a patient with neglect syndrome and processed data from surveys. The questions in the survey are about the experiences of occupational therapists with incidence, diagnosis and therapy of neglect syndrome in Czech republic. The bachelor thesis concludes with a discussion about the results of survey and recommended procedure for diagnosis and treatment of neglect syndrome.
