Abstract

Cílem této práce bylo zpracování tématiky týkající se Isabely I. Kastilské. Hlavní důraz byl kladen na historická fakta, kde jsem vycházela z české i cizojazyčné literatury a z historických kompendií. První část práce popisuje politickou i hospodářskou situaci na iberském poloostrově od konce 14. století do doby než Isabela usedla na trůn. Dále se zabývám její biografií se zájmem o detaily, které by mohly vypovídat o její povaze a osobnosti. Tato část dává základ a podporu druhé části, kde kromě knih historie, vycházím především ze studií z oboru psychologie. V této části práce se zabývám pohnutkami, které Isabelu vedly k náboženské reorganizaci a jejím sklonem k fanatickému chování. Téma Španělské inkvizice v této práci zaujímá jen okrajovou pozici. Celá práce je psána se záměrem vidět Isabelu z co nejneobvyklejších úhlů a k tomu nám slouží různé typologie osobnosti a tendence sledovat její kroky z pozice dosahování cílů. V závěru shrnuji obhájení tezí, které jsem si vytyčila již v úvodu této práce a jejich znění je: "Isabela jako jediná v historii svého rodu byla schopná fakticky dokončit reconquistu, k čemuž jí silně dopomohl její náboženský fanatismus, spojený s neobvykle silnou vnitřní energií vycházející z víry, kterou ztratila po smrti svého syna Jana."

The main objective of this work, was to elaborate on the topic of Isabella I. of Castile. The main focus was an emphasis on historical facts, of which I derived from Czech and foreign literatures and historical compendiums. The first part describes the political and economic situation in the Ibe c y I b ' coronation. Further, I look at her biography with a focus on details that could testify about her character and personality. This section provides the basis and support for the second part of this thesis. Besides the historical books, I explore also studies in the field of psychology. In the second part I deal with the motives which led I b g g z d I' interested in her tendency to her fanatical behavior. The theme of the Spanish inquisition in this work occupies a marginal position. The whole work is written with the need to view Isabel from the most different ways. This is supported by typologies of her personality and her tendency to achieve her goals from her position. In conclusion, I summarize the thesis defense, which I had already set out in the introduction of this thesis.
