Jak může ovlivnit komunikace v rodině výskyt užívání alkoholu u dětí a mladistvých

Abstract

Užívání alkoholu u dětí a mladistvých je v posledních letech oprávněně chápáno jako závažný a stupňující se problém celé společnosti. Děti začínají konzumovat alkohol v čím dál nižším věku. S postupem začínají alkohol užívat pravidelně, až dochází ke konzumaci nadměrných dávek alkoholu. Tato práce se zabývá tématem, jak může komunikace v rodině ovlivnit výskyt užívání alkoholu u dětí a mladistvých. V teoretické práci je definován termín komunikace. Přes konkrétní typy komunikace, komunikační vzorce až k samotné komunikaci v rodině. Přehledně jsou uvedeny rizikové a protektivní faktory ovlivňující užívání alkoholu u dětí a mladistvých. Dále faktory predikující užívání alkoholu u dětí a mladistvých na úrovní rodinného systému, včetně přiblížení faktoru komunikace v rodině. Druhá část teorie obsahuje kapitolu prevalence, prevence a mapuje vzorce užívání alkoholu u dětí a mladistvých a možnou souvislost s faktorem komunikace. Hlavním cílem této práce je poskytnout systematický přehled výsledků studií publikovaných v letech 2000 - 2014, které se zabývají souvislostí mezi faktorem komunikace v rodině a vzniku užívání alkoholu u dětí a mladistvých. Alcohol use among children and adolescents has recently been understood as a serious and escalating problem throughout the whole society. Children begin to consume alcohol from an increasingly earlier age. They gradually start to use alcohol regularly, which leads to consumption of excessive use of alcohol. The theme of this thesis is how a family communication can affect the incidence of alcohol use among children and adolescents. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the term communication, from specific types of communication, communication patterns to the family communication itself. It gives a summary of risk and protective factors influencing alcohol use among children and adolescents as well as of factors predicting alcohol use among children and adolescents at the level of the family system, including specification of the family communication factor. The second part of the theory contains a chapter of prevalence and prevention and it maps patterns of alcohol use among children and adolescents as well as possible association with the communication factor.
