Edukace v péči o dítě s vrozeným onemocněním

Abstract

The thesis analyses all aspects of the education of the mothers of newborns and sucklings with congenital defects. The theoretical part is focused on education in general, as well as on education in care about newborn and suckling with congenital defect. In the thesis further on issues of several selected congenital defects that require fair education of the parents are briefly and transparently compiled. The research section is focused on how the nurses who work in newborn and suckling wards and mothers of the children with congenital defect approach towards the education, which problems they find in this area, and what, based on their assumption, could be improved in this field. At the end of the thesis the possibilities of improving the quality of the education there are proposed and the technique is recommended how to educate the parents of newborns and sucklings with congenital defects efficiently.

Shrnutí Práce se zabývá komplexně problematikou edukace matek novorozenců a kojenců s vrozeným onemocněním. Teoretická část je zaměřena jak na edukaci obecně, tak i na specifika edukace v péči o novorozence a kojence s vrozeným onemocněním. V práci je dále stručně a přehledně zpracována problematika vybraných vrozených onemocnění vyžadujících kvalitní edukaci rodičů. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na to, jak vnímají edukaci sestry pracující na novorozeneckých a kojeneckých odděleních a matky dětí s vrozenou vadou, jaké problémy při ní vidí a co myslí, že by se dalo v této oblasti zlepšit. Závěrem jsou navrhnuty možnosti, jak zlepšit kvalitu edukace a je doporučen
