| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem práce je studium dopisů církvím v Zj 2 - 3, především s ohledem na zaslíbení vítězům, která jsou integrální částí každého z dopisů. Je věnována po- zornost místním a historickým souvislostem každé obce, do které autor Zjevení adresuje své vzkazy, speciálně pak problémům, kterým každé společenství muselo čelit. | dc.description.abstract | The goal of this work is a study of the letters to the seven churches in Revelation 2 - 3, especially the promises to overcomers which are the essential part of the letters. An attention is given to the local and historic context of each city to which the author of Revelation adressed his messages, and to the problems each particular community was experiencing. Promises to overcomers are studied in the view of Old Testament, New Testament and extra-biblical parallels and allusions.
