Aplikace rodinné terapie při práci se závislými klienty - kvalitativní sonda, zkušenosti terapeutů

Abstract

diplomové práce Východiska: Zapojení blízkých osob uživatelů drog může mít významný vliv na úspěšnost všech typů léčebných programů. Tudíž rodinná terapie anebo práce s rodinou je efektivní formou léčby jak pro dospělé, tak pro dospívající, kteří mají problémy s užíváním alkoholu a nelegálních drog. Zapojení blízkých osob uživatelů návykových látek do procesu léčby je spojováno s vyhledáním odborné pomoci v raném stádiu užívání drog, s vyšší mírou angažovanosti uživatelů drog v procesu léčby a s vyšší retencí, s výrazným snížením užívání drog po léčbě a také se zlepšením sociálního chování uživatelů drog. Nabízí se proto otázka, jak rodinná terapie se indikuje při práci se závislými klienty a kdy je tento způsob práce kontraindikován. Cílem této práce je právě zjistit, jak se indikuje rodinná terapie či terapeutická práce s rodinou při práci se závislým, z pohledu klinických pracovníků, a kdy podle jejich zkušeností rodinná terapie není doporučována či je kontraindikována. Metodologie: Data byla získána pomocí polostrukturovaných interview, jejichž respondenty byli pracovnici ambulantních zařízení poskytujících psychoterapeutické služby osobám závislým na návykových látkách a jejich rodinám. of the thesis Background: Involvement of close persons of drug users may have a significant impact on the success of all types of treatment programs. Thus, family therapy or work with families is an effective form of treatment for both adults and teens who have problems with alcohol and illegal drugs. Involvement of persons close to drug users into treatment process is associated with finding professional help at an early stage of drug use, with a higher degree of involvement of drug users in treatment process as higher retention, with significant reductions in drug use after treatment and also improving the social behavior of drug users. Therefore is offered the question: how family therapy is indicated at work with addicted clients, and when this method is contraindicated. The aim of this work is to find out how is indicated the family therapy or therapeutic work with the family at work with addicts, from the perspective of clinicians, and when, according to their experience, family therapy is not recommended or contraindicated.
