Dramaterapie a psychodrama v terapeutické komunitě: popis a demonstrace použití metod na případu klienta

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem a demonstrací použití přístupu dramaterapie a psychodrama jako metody při práci s klientem závislým na návykových látkách během léčby v terapeutické komunitě. V teoretické části se zabývám objasněním pojmů souvisejících s názvem práce, především pak s pojmy dramaterapie, psychodrama, katarze, abreakce, emočně korektivní zkušenost. Dále teoretická část obsahuje informace k jednotlivým metodám a možnostmi jejich užití. Hlavním cílem práce bylo ilustrovat na rozboru konkrétní práce určitou terapeutickou metodu, v mém případě dramaterapii a psychodrama. V praktické části zanalyzovat z dostupných dokumentů a pozorování v jaké míře může být dramaterapie a psychodrama pro klienta přínosnými v rámci léčby v terapeutické komunitě a demonstrovat jejich dopad na klienta. Výstupem práce je popis jednotlivých sezení, který může sloužit jako inspirace pro začínající dramaterapeuty při práci s drogově závislou klientelou. Dále je to analýza vývoje klientky, její posun v rámci léčby a důkladný rozbor během sezení i po nich. The thesis describes a demonstration of the use of drama and psychodrama approach as a method when working with a drug dependent client during the treatment in a therapeutic community. In the theoretical part I focus on clarification of terms associated with the name of thesis, especially with the concepts of dramatherapy, psychodrama, catharsis, abreaction, corrective emotional experience. Furthermore, the theoretical section contains information on individual methods and possibilities of their use. The main objective of thesis was to illustrate a specific therapeutic method by the analysis of particular work, in my case dramatherapy and psychodrama. In the practical part I analysed from available documents and observing to which extent dramatherapy and psychodrama may be beneficial for a client in the treatment in the therapeutic community and demonstrated their impact on the client. The outcome of thesis is a description of each session, which can serve as an inspiration for starting dramatherapists working with drug dependent clients. Furthermore, it is also the analysis of client's development, a progress in the treatment and a thorough analysis during and after the sessions.
