Kvantitativní analýza parlamentní činnosti poslanců Parlamentu České republiky

Abstract

Bakalářská práce Kvantitativní analýza parlamentní činnosti poslanců Parlamentu České republiky je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. První část vymezuje teoretická východiska studie a v úvodu se věnuje popisu legislativních úprav mandátu poslance a obsahu jeho činnosti. Přiblíženy jsou i názory odborníků z řad politologů a ústavních právníků na stejné téma. Významnou část studie představuje rešerše výzkumů poslanecké činnosti pomocí kvantitativních analýz z domácího i zahraničního prostředí, která dává metodickou i celkově obsahovou inspiraci dalšímu bádání. Navazuje druhá část studie představující praktickou stránku výzkumu. Popsán je proces vytváření datasetu z hlediska výběru proměnných, jejich operacionalizace i sběru konkrétních dat. Charakterizován je metodický obsah výzkumu a tvorba funkčního prostředí datasetu. Následuje samotné vyhodnocení získaných údajů, které se nejprve věnuje jednotlivým proměnným, poté jsou analýze podrobeny i vztahy mezi vybranými ukazateli. Výstupem je především řada názorných tabulek a grafů. Závěr studie je věnován tvorbě metody souhrnného měření činnosti zákonodárců pomocí vzorce pro výpočet indexu poslanecké aktivity (IPA).

Bachelor thesis A Quantitative Analysis of the Parliamentary Activities of Members of the Parliament of the Czech Republic is divided into two parts - the theoretical and the practical. The first part describes the theoretical background of the thesis. The relevant legislation dealing with MPs mandate and content of its activity is delineated in the beginning of the study. Furthermore the text covers the conclusions made by several native Czech political scientists and constitutional lawyers on the topic. The significant part of the thesis is composed of a description of related research using a quantitative method. It provides an inspiration for methodology and further content of the study. The second part of the thesis represents the practical side of the research. A creation of a data set is described by the variable selection with their operationalization and the data collection. The methodical content of the research and development of the data set operational environment are depicted. After that the garnered data are evaluated, at first in terms of individual variables and then by relationships between variables.
