Současné možnosti a prostředky enterální výživy

Abstract

0BABSTRAKT Práce je zaměřena na oblast enterální výživy. Toto téma je nedílnou součástí intenzivní a resuscitační péče, ale i péče standardní a následné. Stále přibývá nových prostředků a přípravky k enterální výživě se zdokonalují. Teoretická část se zabývá malnutricí, rozebírá jednotlivé složky výživy. Velkou část práce tvoří cesty podání výživy. Jedná se o nazogastrickou a nazojejunální sondu, perkutánní endoskopickou gastrostomii, perkutánní endoskopickou jejunostomii, výživový knoflík a sipping. Dále popisuje jejich zavedení, ošetřovatelskou péči, indikace a kontraindikace. V dalších kapitolách pak režimy podávání enterální výživy, její výhody a nevýhody oproti výživě parenterální a komplikace. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkumné šetření pomocí anonymních dotazníků v oblasti enterální výživy. Šetření proběhlo na čtyřech odděleních tří pražských fakultních nemocnic. Bylo zaměřeno na všeobecné sestry a zdravotnické záchranáře na jednotkách intenzivní metabolické péče. Zúčastnilo se ho 73 respondentů. Cílem bylo zjistit, jaký režim podávání výživy sestry upřednostňují a jak ho provádějí, analyzovat do jaké míry se v této problematice aktivně zapojují, jak se orientují v přípravcích a zda správně pečují o nazogastrickou a nazojejunální sondu. 0BABSTRACT This thesis is focused on enteral nutrition. This issue is an integral part of intensive and resuscitation care, but it is also a part of standard and follow-up care. There are more and more new resources and the products for enteral nutrition are improving. The theoretical part deals with malnutrition, discusses the different components of nutrition. Much of the thesis forms ways of application of nutrition. The issue is a nasogastric tube, a nasojejunal tube, percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy, percutaneous endoscopic jejunostomy, feeding button or sipping. There are further expanded the introductions, nursing care, indications and contraindications of these options. The following chapters analyse the modes of enteral feeding, advantages and disadvantages of enteral nutrition compared to parenteral. The practical part is focused on research using anonymous questionnaires in the area of enteral nutrition. The survey was conducted in four departments of three teaching hospitals in Prague. It was focused on nurses and paramedics in medical intensive metabolic care units. The survey had 73 respondents.
