Problematika hodnocení společenské návratnosti investic

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou využitelnosti metody Společenské návratnosti investic SROI s důrazem na možnost jejího využití v českém prostředí. Analýza Společenské návratnosti investic popisuje celkové dopady organizace, a to nejen ekonomické, ale i sociální a environmentální. Přestože tato metoda vznikla v zahraničí, a to konkrétně v těch zemích, které přijaly jednotný koncept sociální ekonomiky, jako například Velká Británie, existuje potenciál jejího využití i v českých podmínkách. Tato práce přibližuje situaci v České republice i v zahraničí a kriticky hodnotí možnosti implementace této metody v rámci českého veřejného zadávání. V praktické části je metodika Společenské návratnosti investic demonstrována na příkladové analýze, která byla zpracována pro účely této práce. Na jejím základě bylo možné vyhodnotit slabiny a přínosy této metody. V závěru práce byla navržena upravená varianta této metody, která by byla vhodná pro využití v České republice. This Batchelor thesis attends to analyse possibilities of using Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis in the Czech Republic. Social Return on Investment describes all impacts of the organisation, including social and environmental impacts. This analysis is frequently used especially in the countries, where there is an established concept of social economy, for example in the United Kingdom, however, this approach can be beneficial even in the Czech Republic. This essay examines the current situation in the Czech Republic, European Union and in the United Kingdom and critically evaluate the possibility of including the social economical approach into the Czech public procurement. In the practical part of this thesis the process of the analysis is described using example analysis, made for this purpose. Experience from the example analysis are used for the evaluation of benefits and limitations of SROI analysis.
