Komunitou podporované zemědělství - případová studie KomPot

Abstract

Diplomová práce Komunitou podporované zemědělství - případová studie KomPot zkoumá ve své empirické části fungování spolku KomPot a jeho vývoj od roku 2012, kdy spolek vznikl. Práce se také zabývá členy spolku, ptá se, jaké mají důvody pro vstup do spolku a jaké na něj mají názory. Teoretická část práce je věnována tématu Komunitou podporované zemědělství (KPZ), které se jako první objevilo v Japonsku po roce 1970 a v České republice se rapidně rozvíjí v posledních dvou letech. Téma KPZ je nejprve ukotveno v pojmech komunita a zemědělství. Následně je v práci vysvětleno, co je KPZ a jaké jsou jeho charakteristiky. Popsány jsou také pojmy potravinová suverenita, potravinová soběstačnost a potravinová bezpečnost, které s KPZ úzce souvisí.Pro zevrubné uchopení tématu KPZ se práce detailněji věnuje rešerši KPZ v různých zemích světa, na kterých je ukázána variabilita KPZ. Součástí výzkumu této práce je také otázka položená řešitelským týmem v rámci SVV UK, jež zkoumá, do jaké míry je KPZ rezistenční strategií vůči individualizaci a komodifikaci modernizované společnosti. Master thesis Community Supported Agriculture - Case Study KomPot examines functioning of the KomPot association and its development since 2012 when the association was founded. The thesis also describes its members and seeks their reasons for joining and their opinions about KomPot. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the term Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) which has its origins in the 1970's in Japan and has been developing rapidly in the Czech Republic for the last two years. The CSA theme is put into the context of the terms community and agriculture first. Then it is explained what CSA means and what its characteristics are. The terms food sovereignty, food self-sufficiency and food security are described as well for they are closely related to CSA. For a detailed comprehension of the topic the thesis explores the CSAs in the world, which can show the diversity of CSA. A part of the research is the question asked by a research team in the frames of Specific University Research of the Charles University in Prague that examines to what extent CSA is a resistance strategy to the modern society individualisation and commodification.
