Brána cizincům otevřena?

Abstract

Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku migrace a integrace cizinců na území České republiky a pokouší se definovat roli neziskových organizací v tomto procesu. Hlavním cílem práce je ukázat, nakolik se mohou organizace neziskového sektoru angažovat a přispívat k řešení problematiky integrace cizinců v České republice. První část práce pojednává o migraci a integraci a aplikuje teoretické perspektivy na současnou situaci migrační a integrační politiky. Pokouší se též seznámit čtenáře s dosavadním vývojem od roku 1989 a nastínit nejaktuálnější otázky, jež se v souvislosti s migranty řeší. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na neziskový sektor, definuje možné scénáře spolupráce se státními institucemi a následně přibližuje současnou situaci a hlavní aktéry, kteří se této problematice věnují. Třetí část práce pak tvoří analýza polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s vybranými představiteli neziskových organizací a státních institucí s cílem definovat možnosti, nakolik mohou reálně neziskové organizace ovlivnit integrační proces a jaké hlavní překážky jsou případné větší participaci kladeny.

The aim of the thesis is to present the topic of migration and integration of foreigners in the Czech Republic and to define a role of non-profit organizations in this process. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze a degree of the involvement of the non-profit organizations and their contribution to the integration process of foreigners in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis presents the topic of migration and integration and applies theoretical perspectives onto the current situation in the Czech migration and integration policy. It tries to introduce the development of the policy after 1989 to its reader and to describe its current issues. The second part focuses onto the non-profit sector, defines possible forms of partnership with government institutions and describes the current situation and the main actors. The third part of the thesis consists of the analysis of the semi-structured interviews with the chosen representatives of the non-profit organizations and the government institutions with the aim to define a role of Czech non-profit organizations in the integration process including any obstacles which might impede the deeper involvement of the non-profit organizations.
