Psychická zátěž a zvládání stresu u rodičů dětí se zevní komorovou drenáží

Abstract

Předkládaná teoreticko-empirická diplomová práce pojednává o problematice zevních komorových drenáží a zvládání stresu u rodičů hospitalizovaných dětí na jednotce intenzivní péče nejmenovaného pracoviště. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem "zevní komorová drenáž'' a problematika související s péčí o děti se zavedenou zevní komorovou drenáží. Součástí je i anatomie s patofyziologií mozku, kam se drenáže zavádí. V této kapitole je pojednáváno také o hospitalizaci dítěte, včetně doprovázející osoby a možného ovlivnění celé rodiny danou situací. Ke konci teoretické části jsou zmapovány psychická zátěž, stres a techniky napomáhající zvládání stresu. Výzkumná část této práce byla zaměřena na porovnání skutečnosti, zda pro rodiče nemocných dětí hraje významnější faktor při zvládání této stresové situace zdravotnický personál nebo blízká rodina. Také byla zjišťována míra poskytovaných informací rodičům malých pacientů ze strany zdravotnického personálu. Dále bylo cílem práce zjistit celkovou spokojenost rodičů s přístupem a prací odborníků na příslušném pracovišti. V empirické části jsou uvedeny výsledky realizovaného původně kvantitativního výzkumu, za pomoci nestandardizovaného dotazníku, kterého se zúčastnili rodiče nemocných dětí uvedeného pracoviště splňující potřebné podmínky. Presented theoretical and empirical thesis deals with the issue of external ventricular drainage and coping with stress in parents of children hospitalized at the intensive care unit of an unnamed workplace.
