Vliv halluxu valgu na posturu

Abstract

Název bakalářské práce: Vliv halluxu valgu na posturu Klíčová slova: Hallux valgus, vbočený palec, deformity přednoží, postura, hallux valgus úhel, intermetatarsální úhel, osové postavení palce V bakalářské práci na téma "Vliv halluxu valgu na posturu" jsme se zaměřily na problematiku hallux valgus, jeho konzervativní léčbu a vztah k postuře. V jednotlivých kapitolách popisujeme teorii k této problematice. Jedná se zejména o anatomii a kineziologii nohy, kineziologii chůze a způsob, jakým deformita hallux valgus ovlivňuje jednotlivé struktury v těle. V praktické části, která obsahuje 3 kasuistiky, se věnuji třem pacientům v období přibližně 12 týdnů. Pacienti mají shodnou diagnózu získaný hallux valgus, ovšem každý s jiným stupněm deformity. Stupeň deformity byl určen na základě osového postavení hallux valgus z rentgenových snímků. K tomuto problému má každý z pacientů ještě jiný přidružený problém. Cílem mé práce bylo tedy sestavit komplexní terapii pro deformitu hallux valgus a sledovat, jestli po absolvované terapii dojde ke změně osového postavení palce a především, zda tato skutečnost ovlivní i jejich další subjektivní problém. Z výsledných rentgenových snímků je patrné, že u všech pacientů došlo alespoň k malému zlepšení...

Title of thesis: The Influence of Hallux Valgus on the Posture Key words: Hallux valgus, forefoot deformity, posture, hallux valgus angle, intermetatarsal angle, the axial position of the thumb In the bachleor thesis on "The influence of Hallux valgus on the posture" we have focused on the hallux valgus issue , its preservative treatment and relationship to a posture. In each chapters we describe the theory on this issue. In particular we describe anatomy and kinesiology of legs, kinesiology of walk and the way how hallux valgus deformity can affects various body structures. The practical part contains three case studies which are devoted to three patients in a period of approximately 12 weeks. Patients have the same diagnosis, an obtained hallux valgus each one with different degree of deformity. The stage of deformity was set on the basis of an axial position of the hallux valgus of radiographs. Each patient has even another related complication. The aim of my thesis was to develop a comprehensive therapy for hallux valgus deformity and to see whether this therapy can change the axial position of the thumb and last but not least whether this can affect their related subjective complications.
