Kvalita komunikace na oddělení urgentního příjmu pro děti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma Kvalita komunikace na Oddělení urgentního příjmu pro děti se zabývá problematikou komunikace mezi sestrami a rodiči dětí akutně přijímaných do nemocnice cestou Dětského urgentního příjmu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části je popsána komunikace v obecné rovině, důraz je kladen na komunikaci ve zdravotnictví. Dále se zabývá vývojem komunikačních dovedností v dětském věku. Rovněž charakterizuje specifika komunikace s nemocnými dětmi, do této kapitoly je zařazena i komunikace s rodiči nemocných dětí. Poslední kapitola teoretické části popisuje Oddělení urgentního příjmu pro děti Fakultní nemocnice v Motole. Empirická část je zaměřena na zjištění úrovně komunikace sester urgentního příjmu s rodiči dětí, které jsou na toto oddělení přiváženy. Cílem práce bylo zjistit spokojenost rodičů s komunikačními dovednostmi sester, popsat, co rodičům v komunikaci se sestrami chybí a jak jsou spokojeni s komunikací sester s jejich dětmi. Byla použita kvalitativní metoda strukturovaného rozhovoru. Empirická část práce obsahuje také přepisy rozhovorů s rodiči a sestrami, analyzuje je a hodnotí získané výsledky.

Bacelor thesis called Quality of communication of The Emergency Department for Children deals with the matters of communication between the nurses and parents of children during the child's acceptance in The Emergency Department for Children. This bachelor thesis is composed of a theoretical and empirical part. Theoretical part describes communication at general and it is also focused on a communication in public health. Further thesis analyses development of a communication abilities during the childhood and describes specificity of a communication with ill or injured children. This chapter inclused also a communication with the parents of a ill child. Last chapter of theoretical part describes The Emergency Department for Children of University Hospital in the Motol. Empirical part is aimed on the survey focused on a quality of communication between the nurses of The Emergency Department for Children and the parents of children who are transported to Emergency. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe the satisfaction of parents with a communication skills of nurses with them and their children and to analyse deficiencies of this type of communication.
