Česká humanitární pomoc Ukrajině v období po Majdanu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o české humanitární pomoci Ukrajině od začátku protestů na náměstí Nezávislosti v listopadu 2013 až do podzimu 2015. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaká specifika vykazuje česká humanitární pomoc Ukrajině, co ji ovlivňuje a nakolik je možné tato specifika aplikovat na českou humanitární pomoc obecně. Z tohoto důvodu je analyzována samotná definice humanitární pomoci, její výrazné aspekty a současné trendy. Zároveň je zjišťováno, nakolik jsou tyto aspekty a trendy přítomny v české humanitární pomoc. Taktéž je zhodnocena krize na Ukrajině, jejíž specifický kontext ovlivnil českou humanitární pomoc. Samotná humanitární pomoc vycházející z České republiky je podrobena kvalitativní analýze prostřednictvím rozhovorů s lidmi působícími v české humanitární pomoci a analýze humanitární politiky českého státu a vybraných humanitárních nestátních neziskových organizací. Tyto organizace byly vybrány na základě významnosti v humanitární pomoci Ukrajině a jsou následující: ADRA ČR, Český červený kříž, Člověk v tísni, Charita ČR, a Lékaři bez hranic ČR. Dané organizace jsou navíc podrobeny typologizaci tak, aby byla jasná jejich pozice vzhledem k poskytnuté pomoci. V závěru práce jsou uvedené zjištěné charakteristické rysy české humanitární pomoci ve vztahu ke krizi na Ukrajině.

This bachelor thesis discusses Czech humanitarian aid provided to Ukraine since the beginning of the protest movement in Independence Square in November 2013 up to the fall 2015. The aim of this thesis is to ascertain specifics of Czech humanitarian aid provided to Ukraine, its main influences and to determine to what extent it is possible to apply these characteristic to Czech humanitarian aid in broad sense. In the thesis are thus analysed the very definition of relief aid, its considerable aspects and current trends. These trends are in the same time linked to Czech humanitarian aid and their influence is examined. The thesis also explores and examines the crisis in Ukraine, since its' specific context influenced Czech humanitarian aid. Czech humanitarian aid is analysed by means of qualitative approach. The core of this approach is based on interviews with prominent people employed in the humanitarian sector and on analysis of humanitarian policy of the Czech state and of selected humanitarian non-governmental organizations: ADRA Czech Republic, the Czech Red Cross, People in need, Caritas Czech Republic, and Doctors without borders Czech Republic.
