Obraz dospělé oběti znásilnění a léčba traumatu v biosyntetické psychoterapii

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sexuálně motivovaného trestného činu proti lidské důstojnosti v sexuální oblasti, konkrétně znásilněním, a léčbou traumatu ze znásilnění prostřednictvím psychoterapeutického směru Biosyntézy. Rámec práce je zúžen na dospělé ženy s traumatem ze znásilnění v anamnéze a biosyntetickou individuální psychoterapii traumatu. Jejím cílem je vykreslit obraz o oběti znásilnění, porozumět principům biosyntézy a zjistit její specifický přínos v kontextu léčby traumatu. Teoretická část se soustředí na charakteristiku stavu oběti znásilnění před zahájením psychoterapie. Popisuje možné dopady ataku na následné chování a osobnostní nastavení oběti a podoby této transformace. Mapuje symptomy, které se mohou vyskytovat v souvislosti s traumatizujícím zážitkem. Hovoří o psychosomatických obtížích jako následku traumatu a o významu práce s tělem v psychoterapii. Udává příklady témat, s nimiž traumatizovaná klientka pracuje v rámci psychoterapie. Součástí je charakteristika na tělo orientovaného psychoterapeutického systému Biosyntézy. Empirická část práce hledá specifika metody Biosyntézy. The bachelor thesis inquires into the problems caused by sexually motivated criminal offence in the sexual sphere. Specifically, rape and the treatment hereof by means of the form of psychotherapy called Biosynthesis. The focus is constricted to adult women with a history of mental trauma following rape in their medical record, who have gone through individual, biosynthetic psychotherapy as a means of dealing with the trauma. The goal is to gain an understanding of rape victims, to understand the principles of biosynthesis, and to determine the specific benefits hereof when healing mental trauma. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the condition of rape victims before psychotherapy. Possible effects of the assault on the victim's subsequent behaviour and personality, as well as the transformation hereof, are described. Symptoms that may occur as a result of the traumatic event are detailed. Psychosomatic conditions as a consequence of the mental trauma and the importance of body therapy are discussed. Examples of themes, which traumatized clients go through during psychotherapy, are presented. Also, a description of the body oriented psychotherapeutic system, Biosynthesis, is provided.
