BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Jméno: Karolína Kuželková Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Jaromíra Uhlířová Název bakalářské práce: Možnosti ergoterapeutické intervence v traumatologii. Intervence u pacientů s diagnózou komplexní regionální bolestivý syndrom horní končetiny Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je nastínit současnou situaci léčby pacientů s Komplexním regionálním bolestivým syndromem s důrazem na rehabilitaci ve zdravotnictví včetně ergoterapie. V teoretické části je nastíněna problematiky samotné diagnózy KRBS. Dále jsou zde shrnuty jednotlivé postupy diagnostiky a možnosti intervence využívající se v České republice a zahraničí. Cílem praktické části práce bylo zjistit, jaké postupy se nyní u pacientů využívají v pražských centrech pro léčbu bolesti a jiných rehabilitačních zařízeních a zda korespondují s postupy terapie popsanými v teoretické části. Dalším cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, zda v centrech pro léčbu bolesti pracují také ergoterapeuté a jaká je jejich náplň práce. Na základě provedených rozhovorů bylo zjištěno, že ergoterapeut není běžně součástí interprofesního týmu v pražských centrech pro léčby bolesti. Náplň jeho práce je doposud popsána pouze v zahraničních zdrojích. Dále bylo zjištěno, že dostupných informací o diagnostice a léčbě KRBS je velice málo. Není proto...

Jaromíra Uhlířová Possibility of occupational therapy interventions in traumatology: Interventions for patients with the upper limb complex regional pain syndrome diagnosis Abstract of the Bachelor's Thesis: Aim of this bachelor's thesis is to outline the current situation of the treatment of patients with complex regional pain syndrome - CRPS emphasizing rehabilitation in the health care including occupational therapy. The theoretical part is introducing problems of the actual diagnosis of CRPS. It is also summarizing individual diagnostic and possible interventions applied in the Czech Republic and in abroad. Aim of the practical part was to find out what types of processes are currently used in patients in Prague centres for pain treatment and other rehabilitation institutes and whether they correspond with therapeutic processes described in the theoretical part. Another aim of the practical part of the bachelor's thesis was to find out whether any occupational therapists work in pain treatment centres and what is their scope of duties.
