Doporučené postupy péče o rány

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou ,,Doporučené postupy péče o rány". Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na akutní a chronické rány. Následně byly stanoveny níže uvedené cíle. Hlavním cílem výzkumu bylo zhodnotit soudobou praxi všeobecných sester v krajských zdravotních nemocnicích v Ústeckém kraji na oddělení chirurgie. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na způsob vzdělávání v rámci novinek převazového materiálu, účasti na kongresech či seminářích a případně jejich frekvenci a přínos. Následně se zabývá problematikou hojení ran. V této části bylo cílem zhodnotit soudobou praxi v péči o akutní a chronickou ránu, přičemž výsledky byly porovnané s doporučenou praxí. Práce je členěna na dvě části - teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části se práce zabývá charakteristikou rány, kde popisuje klasifikaci ran, příčiny vzniku rány, hojení ran a komplikace hojení. Dále se věnuje popisu akutní a chronické rány, přičemž se zde zaměřuje i na obvazový materiál a následnou terapii ran. Empirická část probíhala formou kvantitativního výzkumu. Výzkum byl realizován dotazníkovým šetřením. Jako respondentky byly zvoleny všeobecné sestry pracující na chirurgických odděleních v krajských zdravotních nemocnicích Ústeckého kraje. The topic of this Bachelors' Thesis is "Best Practices in Wound Care". The thesis focuses on acute and chronic wounds. It sets the following objectives: The main objective of the research was to evaluate the current practice of general nurses in surgical departments of regional health hospitals in the Usti region. The research was focused on the ways of education regarding the dressing material innovations, participation in conferences and seminars and eventually on its frequency and benefits. Subsequently the thesis addresses the issues of wound healing. In this part of the thesis the goal was to evaluate the current practice of care for acute and chronic wound and to compare it with the best practices in this field. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part deals with the wound characteristics, describes wound classification, causes, healing and healing complications. Then it describes acute and chronic wounds, while it is focused also on the dressing materials and subsequent wound treatment. The empirical part was conducted using quantitative research method.
