Techniky používané při mediaci a terapii v kontextu sociální práce

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce nazvané Techniky používané při mediaci a terapii v kontextu sociální práce je popsání mediačních technik využívaných při mediaci v České republice. Tato diplomová práce se věnuje konkrétním pojmů, které rozšiřují obecné popsání základních informací o mediaci, které byly vypsány v bakalářské práci s názvem Mediace v sociální práci (2013). V teoretické části jsou popsány právě nejčastěji využívané techniky, které jsou porovnávány s metodou terapie, která se v sociální práci vyskytuje taktéž jako mediace. Nedílnou součástí teoretické části je i kapitola rodinné mediace, která je nejčastější oblastí mediace v České republice. Dále se zde popisuje problematika etiky mediátorů,styly mediace a alternativní metody řešení sporů. Praktická část diplomové práce se skládá z vlastní účasti na mediačních zkouškách na MSp ČR a aktivním absolvováním výcviku mediačních technik. Tato část je uzavřena vlastním dotazníkovým šetřením na téma povědomí o mediaci mezi českou veřejností. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The objective of the thesis "The technique used during the mediation and therapy in the context of the social work" is to describe the techniques used in the Czech Republic. This thesis focuses on the specific terms, which extends the common understanding of the basic information about the mediation described in the 2013 thesis "The mediation in the social work". The theoretical element describes the most common techniques sometimes compared to the therapy, which exists within the social work as a mediation. Anintegral part of the theoretical section is also the family mediation chapter, which is the most common area of mediation in the Czech Republic. Other topicsdescribed are the problem of the mediators ethics, the mediators style and the alternative methods of conflict solutions. The practical section of the thesis consists of personal attendance on the mediation exams at MSp CZ and active mediation techniques training.
