Prevalence a informovanost o škodlivosti užívání alkoholu těhotných žen-klientek Ústavu pro péči o matku a dítě v Praze. Abstrakt: Východiska: S narůstajícím trendem užívání alkoholu v populaci, se také zvyšuje počet žen, které jsou závislé na alkoholu i v těhotenství. Jelikož se ale za svůj problém stydí a mají obavy z odsouzení jejich chování společností, nepřiznají se a problém se dál snaží skrývat, a tudíž jej není možné včas podchytit a začít řešit. Alkohol konzumovaný v průběhu těhotenství matkou, může ublížit nejen jí ale i jejímu plodu. Jelikož se neví přesné množství, které je "bezpečné", měla by být gynekology doporučována úplná abstinence. Tento fakt se ale v mnohých případech bohužel vymyká skutečnosti. Cíle práce: Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit prevalenci užívání alkoholu u těhotných žen. Dalšími cíli bylo zjistit, jaké jsou znalosti těhotných žen o problematice užívání alkoholu v těhotenství, kde a zda jsou informovány těhotné ženy o škodlivosti užívání alkoholu v průběhu těhotenství a zjistit, zda je zdraví plodu motivačním faktorem těhotných žen, které vede k přerušenému užívání alkoholu v průběhu těhotenství....
