Závažné klinické projevy klientů terapeutických komunit v kontextu komorbidity ADHD

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je subvýzkumem projektu zaměřeného na vliv ADHD na vybrané psychické funkce, životní dovednosti a kvalitu života u klientů léčících se ze závislosti v terapeutických komunitách. ADHD je spojeno jak s horší adaptabilitou, tak i se závažnějšími psychopatologickými projevy. To může mít za následek problematičtější průběh léčby v terapeutické komunitě a zvětšit počet předčasných vypadnutí z programu. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit zda se ADHD vyskytuje u klientů léčících se v terapeutických komunitách a jakou má prevalenci. Dále pak hledáme souvislost s dalšími závažnými klinickými projevy a také vývoj těchto projevů v průběhu léčby. Zajímá nás také retence klientů s těmito symptomy v léčbě.Výběrový soubor byl sestaven na základě dvoustupňové procedury. Z certifikovaných terapeutických komunit pro léčbu závislostí bylo metodou náhodného výběru pomocí počítačového losu vybráno osm, které se výzkumu zúčastnily. V druhé úrovni byl použit totální výběr a všichni nove nastupující klienti byly otestování. Počet účastníku je 199. Z toho bylo 133 mužů a 56 žen. Data byla sbírána přímo terapeuty. Speciálně vytvořená testová baterie byla administrována po dvou týdnech v léčbě, poté po třech, šesti a devíti případně dvanácti měsících. This Bachelor thesis is a sub research of the wider project focused on the impact of ADHD on selected mental functions, life skills and quality of life of the clients recovering from an addiction in the therapeutic communities. ADHD is associated with inferior adaptability and as well with more serious psychopathological symptoms. The aim of the research is to determine whether ADHD occurs in clients of the therapeutic communities and what is the prevalence. Furthermore, we search for connections with other serious clinical manifestations and evolution of these symptoms during treatment. We are also interested in retention of the clients with these symptoms in treatment process. The sample was compiled on the basis of the two-step procedure. Fundamental file in the first phase were all certified therapeutic communities for the addictions treatment. Among them were by computer randomly selected eight who participated in the research. At the second level was used a total choice of new coming clients and all of them were tested. The number of participants who filled their gender is 199. 133 men and 56 women.
