Abstract

BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Jméno: Tereza Vedrová Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Ivona Heřmanová Název bakalářské práce: Možnosti fyzioterapeutické intervence u pacientů před kardiochirurgickým výkonem. Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi fyzioterapeutické intervence u pacientů před kardiochirurgickým zákrokem. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o anatomii hrudníku a srdce se zaměřením na základní pojmy a dále poznatky z biomechaniky dýchání. Rovněž obsahuje část věnovanou oboru kardiochirurgie, nejčastějším indikacím v kardiochirurgii a možným operačním přístupům. Velká část je věnována možnostem fyzioterapie v předoperačním období, především respirační fyzioterapii, pohybové léčbě a zmiňuje i edukaci pacienta fyzioterapeutem. V praktické části je zpracována kazuistika pacienta před kardiochirurgickou operací. Následně je užitečnost fyzioterapie pro pacienta ověřena zpětnovazebným rozhovorem s tímtéž pacientem již po provedeném zákroku. Informace vhodné pro pacienty před kardiochirurgickou operací, včetně příkladů dechového a kondičního cvičení jsou uvedeny v instruktážním manuálu. Manuál obsahuje i fotografie cvičení, jež pacientům umožňují lepší pochopení uvedených situací. BACHELOR THESIS ABSTRACT Name: Tereza Vedrová Supervisor: Mgr. Ivona Heřmanová Title of this thesis: Possibilities of physiotherapy intervention in patiens before cardiac surgery. Abstract: This thesis deals with the options in physiotherapy intervention for patients before cardiac surgery. The theoretical part contains information about the anatomy of the chest and heart focused on basic concepts and biomechanics breathing. It also contains a section dedicated to the field of cardiac surgery, the most common indications in cardiac surgery and possible surgical approaches. A large part is devoted to the possibilities of physiotherapy in the preoperative period, primarily respiratory physiotherapy, exercise therapy and patient education by the physiotherapist. The practical part describes a case of a patient prior to cardiac surgery. Subsequently, the usefulness of physiotherapy for the patient himself is tested in a feedback interview with the same patient after the procedure. Information useful for patients before cardiac surgery, including examples of respiratory and fitness exercises are presented in an instructional manual.
