V první části se zaměřuje na politickou a náboženskou situaci v celé Skandinávii před samotnou christianizací. Přiblíží kolonizaci Islandu, výpravy Vikingů a pohanskou mytologii. | dc.description.abstract | This essay deals with the beginnings of Christianity in Iceland and his fight with the original pagan religion of Scandinavia. This document is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the political and religious situation in the whole of Scandinavia before the actual Christianization. It looks closer into the colonization of Iceland, journeys of Vikings and pagan mythology. The second part deals with the adoption of Christianity in Iceland, Church conflicts with the State power and development the structure of the Church. | en_US |
