Sociální péče jako podpora soběstačnosti ve stáří

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o seniorech, žijících ve vlastním obydlí. Konkrétně se jedná o seniory, kteří využívají služby sociální péče. Díky těmto službám mohou někteří setrvat v domácí péči. Text diplomové práce je rozdělen do dvou částí. Na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části autorka popisuje pojmy jako je senior, stáří, kvalita života, domov, bydlení ve stáří, sociální služby a další nezbytně nutné pojmy. Praktická část diplomové práce obsahuje výzkum, který byl zhotoven pomocí rozhovorů se seniory. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit spokojenost v životě seniorů žijících ve vlastním obydlí, kteří využívají služby sociální péče.

The thesis discusses the seniors living in their own homes. Specifically, it is the elderly who use social care services. Thanks to these services, some may remain in home care. The text of the thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the author describes concepts such as old age, quality of life, home, living in old age, social services and other essential concepts. The practical part contains the research, which was compiled from interviews with seniors. The aim of this thesis is to find contentment in the life of seniors living in their own homes who use social care services.
