Poimenická služba vážně nemocným a umírajícím. Přínos logoterapie poimenice

Abstract

Ve své práci jsem zpracovala téma poimeniky v péči o vážně nemocné a umírající v biblickém a odborném kontextu péče o ně, s ohledem na tradici CČSH, do níž je zasazeno pojetí duchovní péče a téma svátostí. Popsala jsem spirituální potřeby nemocných a umírajících, prostředky v péči o nemocné a umírající, kterými jsou rozhovor, modlitba, osobnost doprovázejícího a svátosti. S ohledem na cílovou skupinu tématu mé diplomové práce, jsem se zabývala psychoterapeutickým směrem logoterapie. Kontextem jejího vzniku a autorem, samotnou metodou a významem pojmu, pojetím hodnot u V. E. Frankla, tématem svobody a odpovědnosti, tragickou triádou a technikami této psychoterapeutické školy. V závěru jsem zmínila přínos logoterapie v pastorační péči o nemocné a umírající. Z mé práce vyplývá význam poimeniky i logoterapie ve službě nemocným a umírajícím. Logoterapie umožňuje nemocnému hlouběji uchopit svůj vlastní příběh. Stejně tak může sloužit i doprovázejícímu, v jeho službě, životě i pochopení nemocných i umírajících, k nimž přichází. Logoterapie je také nástrojem pomoci těm, jejichž život neprovází praktikovaná víra v Boha. Umožňuje však, skrze hledání smyslu, nemocnému přiblížit prostor víry a nabídnout mu pohled na svou situaci i z tohoto úhlu. In my thesis, I focused on the topic of poimenic in the care of seriously ill and dying in biblical context and specialized care, with respect to the tradition of the Czechoslovak Hussite Church, which includes the concept of spiritual care and theme of sacraments. I described the spiritual needs of the sick and dying, the means of this care for them, which are: interview, prayer, sacraments, and an accompanying person. With regard to the target group of the topic of my thesis, I deal with psychotherapeutic approach of logotherapy: the context of its establishment, the importance of the author, by the very meaning of the term and the idea of the values of V. E. Frankl, the topic of freedom and responsibility, tragic triad and techniques of this psychotherapeutic school. In conclusion, I mention the benefits of logotherapy in the pastoral care of the seriously ill and dying.My thesis shows the importance of poimenic and logotherapy in the service of seriously ill and dying. Logotherapy enables the patients to understand their life story in a deeper way. It can also serve to an accompanying person, in his/her service, his/her life and understanding of the seriously ill and dying, to whom he/she comes.
