Mínění sester o zdravotnickém systému v ČR

Abstract

Bakalářská práce "Mínění sester o zdravotnickém systému v ČR" řeší aktuální problémy související s úvahami o změnách organizace a řízení zdravotnictví v ČR. Záměrem práce bylo přinést pohled sester na stávající zdravotnický systém. Sestry patří k nejpočetnější skupině zdravotnických pracovníků a jejich názory na zdravotnický systém jsou důležité pro poskytování kvalitní zdravotní péče. V teoretické části práce je věnována pozornost zdravotnickému systému a jeho jednotlivým složkám (pacient, poskytovatel a plátce) a popisem jejich rolí, role sestry, role pacienta, role poskytovatele zdravotní péče a role plátce zdravotní péče. Empirická část obsahuje vlastní šetření a prezentaci výsledků. Jedním z cílů bylo také porovnat výsledky vlastního šetření s výsledky dříve realizovaných výzkumů Sociologického ústavu AV.

Bachelor thesis of "Opinion about health system nurses in the Czech Republic" addresses the current issues related to the changes in the Organization and management of health care in the Czech Republic. The aim of the work was to bring the view of nurses on the existing health care system. The sisters belong to the largest group of health care workers and their views on the health care system are important for the provision of quality health care. In the theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the attention of the health care system and its constituents (the patient, provider, and the payer) and a description of their roles, the role of the sisters, the role of the patient, health care provider roles and role of payer of health care. The empirical part contains its own investigation and presentation of the results. One of the objectives was to also compare the results with the results of own investigations previously realized researches of Sociological Institute AV.
