Analýzy ekonomické, Práce bakalářské, Vyjednávání kolektivníThis study concerns the problem of collective bargaining. The first part of the study attempts to describe the influence of institutional structure on the process and the outcomes of collective bargaining. The second part aims to make acquainted with the advantages and disadvantages of two the main types of collective bargaining in the form, the developed West European countries use them: with the system of social partnership of the German-Austrian type and with the deregulated system of the British type. Gained knowledges I assert in the third part by the analysis of the bargaining in the Czech Republic. This part deals with the influence of external environment and institutional structure of the relations on the transaction costs of the bargaining. It attempts to describe the evolution of the bargaining since it´s start after 1989. It searchs for the similarities and the differences from the good holt types of regulations of industrial relations and it explains their´s possible influence on the economy of the country. It warns from discontinuities in national law and it suggests alternative solutions of the problems. Through the dramatic decline in union membership during last years, unions stay as the relevant economic agent with the real influence on the economy. In the case of the Czech Republic get unions important rights but only a little responsibility. Till today unions have the monopoly to represent the labour but the continuity of the labour needs is at least questionable. The Czech system is very different from the main systems of collective bargaining and there is a lack of juridical regulation in some domains of collective bargaining.
