Úroveň motorické výkonnosti uchazečů k policii České republiky

Rok obhajoby diplomové práce: 2007 Abstrakt: Cíle práce: Vyhodnotit motorickou výkonnost uchazečů o práci u Policie ČR na základě analýzy výsledků testů výběrového řízení s úrovní fyzické zdatnosti běžné populace. Použité metody: Pomocí testové baterie, obsahující 6 motorických a dovednostních disciplín, užívané u Policie ČR bylo v průběhu 3 let testováno 1788 uchazečů. Testováním a měřením výkonů sledovaného souboru byly získány hodnoty pro každou položku testové baterie, k nimž byl přidělen počet bodů odpovídající výkonu a zohledňující věk uchazeče. Soubor výsledků všech testů jednotlivých uchazečů byl statisticky zpracován a výsledky dále analyzovány. Výsledky: Zjistili jsme, že uchazeči o práci u Policie ČR mají ve srovnání s odpovídajícími dříve publikovanými soubory běžné populace celkově vyšší fyzickou zdatnost. Vzhledem k náročnosti jednotlivých testů se jako nejnáročnější pro uchazeče jeví test běh na 12 min, plavání na 100 metrů a kliky, které byly charakterizovány největší neúspěšností uchazečů. The year of presentation: 2007 Abstract: Goals of the Study: The aim of this study was to evaluate the physical performance of applicants for jobs within the police departments of the Czech Republic with respect to the physical capability of the common population on the basis of results from a standard evaluation procedure. Used methods: 1788 applicants were evaluated using an analysis containing six motion and skill tests, commonly used by the police of the Czech Republic, over a period of three years. Testing and measuring of the performance levels of a particular population returned values for each part of the analysis. Points were accumulated according to the level of performance and considering the age of each individua! applicant. Results of all the tests were statistically processed and the results were then further analyzed.
