Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem "Vliv spolupracující rodiny na kvalitu péče a kvalitu života seniora s demencí v Domově sv. Anežky České a Stacionáři sv. Anežky České" si klade za cíl odkrýt význam spolupráce mezi rodinami uživatelů s demencí a personálem sociálního zařízení. Úroveň spolupráce se následně promítá do různých oblastí péče o takto nemocné seniory a v konečném důsledku do kvality jejich života. Práce se zabývá pojmem demence u seniorů a některými aspekty, které s tímto pojmem souvisí. Dále je uvedeno, v jakých oblastech péče lze s rodinou spolupracovat, a jsou zmíněny konkrétní způsoby spolupráce, které uplatňují a dále se pokoušejí rozvíjet pracovníci ambulantního a pobytového zařízení Farní charity Beroun. V práci je též krátce představen projekt, který je pod hlavičkou organizace realizován. Je jím vznik podpůrné skupiny, díky níž je spolupráce mezi pracovníky zařízení a rodinami uživatelů významně posílena. Praktická část se zaměřuje na to, jak pracovníci sociálního zařízení vnímají spolupráci s rodinami uživatelů a jak se daří díky této spolupráci zlepšit péči a tudíž i kvalitu života uživatelů služby. Za tímto účelem byla zvolena kvalitativní metoda polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, pomocí níž bylo u respondentů zjišťováno, jak konkrétně spolupráce probíhá a jaký má na seniory s demencí...

This bachelor thesis entitled "The effect of family cooperation on quality of life of a senior with dementia at the Home and Short Stay Hospital of St Agnes the Czech", is focused on the discovery of the significance of the cooperation between a senior's family and the personnel of the relevant social facilities. The level of this cooperation gets reflected in different areas of the senior care, and finally into the quality of seniors' lives. The term "senior dementia" is being discussed, as well as some other relevant terms and topics. Further on, the bachelor thesis reports on various methods of senior care suitable for cooperation with the seniors' families, as are used by the employees of the Farní Charita Beroun Hospital. A project by this institution is also focused on here -the foundation of a supporting group which helps to encourage and cooperate the liaison between the employees and the families. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on how the employees of social facilities perceive the cooperation with the users' families and how they can make the care, as well as the seniors' life quality, better.
