Předsudky v sociální práci

Abstract

The diploma thesis will have two parts, both the theoretical part and the practical part. In the first chapter of the theoretical part, I would focus on "Social and legal protection of children". Here I will highlight the focus of social and legal protection, and what competencies a social worker has in this department. Furthermore, I would like to state what activities a social worker performs in this department, according to Act No. 359/1999 , on social and legal protection of children. In the second chapter, I would deal with prejudices alone. I will define prejudices here, describe the typology of prejudices, and how they manifest themselves. In the third chapter I will focus on attitudes and their definitions, speeches and types. In the fourth chapter, I would like to look at the views of social workers on the client. In the fifth chapter I would mention the process of assessing the client's life situation, its stages, the models and the factors influencing the assessment. In the sixth chapter I would define the concept of influence. The practical part will be focused on qualitative research and will be divided into two parts. Diplomová práce bude mít dvě části, a to část teoretickou a část praktickou. V první kapitole teoretické části bych se zaměřila na "Sociálně právní ochranu dětí". Uvedu zde zaměření sociálně právní ochrany, a jaké kompetence má sociální pracovník na tomto oddělení. Dále bych zde uvedla, jaké činnosti sociální pracovník na tomto oddělení vykonává, podle zákona č. 359/1999 Sb., o sociálně právní ochraně dětí. Ve druhé kapitole bych se věnovala samotným předsudkům. Budu zde definovat předsudky, uvedu typologii předsudků, a jak se projevují. Ve třetí kapitole se zaměřím na postoje a jejich definování, projevy a druhy. Čtvrtou kapitolu bych věnovala pohledům sociálních pracovníků na klienta. V páté kapitole bych zmínila proces posuzování životní situace klienta, jeho fáze, modely a faktory, které posouzení ovlivňují. V šesté kapitole bych definovala pojem vliv. Praktická část bude zaměřená na kvalitativní výzkum a bude rozdělená na dvě části. První část bude zaměřena na metodologii výzkumu, kde budou popsány metody a postupy. Druhá empirická část, se bude zabývat podrobnou analýzou a interpretací dat.
