dc.description.abstract | This final paper is focused on finding out how being a mother affects working as a teacher and vice versa. The thesis revolves around the question: Does the role of a mother have some influence on being a teacher? Another focus of this paper is the satisfaction of women in teaching positions and a variety of other aspects of teaching professionally. This paper also demonstrates the advantages and disadvantages of teaching and a woman's satisfaction of the career they have chosen. The methods employed in this paper are interviews of four teachers whom are also mothers of grammar school students. These interviews showed how these respondents perceive a connection between their private and professional life and also illustrate the positives and negatives of teaching. During this discussion all of the answers of respondents are compared to each other. The results of the research is explained in the summary. | cs_CZ |
