Sociální postavení žadatelů o azyl v České republice

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku sociálního postavení žadatelů o azyl jako důsledku migračních přesunů cizích státních příslušníků na území České republiky. Pozornost je orientována na legislativu věnující se azylové problematice a na instituce, které tuto legislativu mají naplňovat či které v rámci azylové procedury na území ČR operují. Důraz je kladen i na samotný průběh azylové procedury. Závěr práce obsahuje hodnocení změn a možného vývoje v oblasti azylové problematiky.

This dissertation focuses on questions of social standing of asylum applicants, as a result of foreign migration transfers onto the territory of the Czech Republic. The attention is orientated on the asylum framework legislation and on the institutions, which are charged to fulfil this legislation or those which operate in the field of asylum administration in the Czech Republic. Accent is put on the very process of the asylum administration procedure itself. The conclusion contains evaluation of the recent changes and eventual future development in the issues of asylum administration.
