Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o dětskou pacientku po transplantaci jater

Abstract

Title: Case study of physiotherapy care of a post-liver transplant paediatric patient. Aims: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to provide a summary of the issues surrounding liver transplantation, creating a case study of a post-liver transplant paediatric, and suggesting short- term and long- term goals for therapeutic units, and an assessment of the effects of therapy. Methodology: This bachelor's thesis has been written on the basis base of my professional experience at the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine in Prague from 8.1. to 2.2. 2018, where I worked with a post-liver transplant paediatric patient, and research of available resources. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a professional part. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy and physiology of the liver and gall bladder, liver tumours, liver transplantation and subsequent physiotherapy. The case study of the patient is described in the professional part. Result: The patient exhibited considerable great progress, particularly with regard to respiration, when the patient underwent endotracheal extubation. When awake the patient was, with considerable assistance from the therapist, able to be verticalized into a sitting position. Key words: Liver, transplantation, child, physiotherapy

SOUHRN Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutická péče o dětskou pacientku po transplantaci jater Cíle práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření celistvého pohledu na problematiku transplantace jater. Ve speciální části navazuje kazuistika časné fyzioterapeutické péče o dětskou pacientku po transplantaci jater, navržení krátkodobých a dlouhodobých cílů a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Metoda: Tato bakalářská práce byla sepsána na základě mé praxe v Institutu klinické a experimentální medicíny v Praze v období 8.1. - 2.2.2018, kde jsem pracovala s pacientkou po transplantaci jater, a rešerše dostupných zdrojů. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a speciální část. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii a fyziologii jater a žlučníku, nádory jater, transplantace jater a rehabilitační péči po tomto zákroku. Ve speciální části je popsána kazuistika dětské pacientky po transplantaci jater. Výsledky: U pacientky došlo k výraznému zlepšení, hlavně v oblasti dýchání, kdy pacientku bylo možno extubovat a po probuzení byla pacientka schopná vertikalizace do sedu s velkou dopomocí.
