Prevence a terapie dětské obezity v České republice se zaměřením na pohybovou aktivitu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dětské obezity a možnostmi její prevence a terapie v České republice. Teoretická část obsahuje definici dětské obezity, zdravotní komplikace a následky, vyšetřovací postupy, způsoby prevence a terapie, výčet a popis některých programů a projektů podporujících pohyb a zdraví a informace o pohybové aktivitě. Praktická část je zaměřena na rozbor kazuistik 4 pacientů dětské obezitologie FN Motol, popis motolského skupinového kondičního cvičení a na popis dětských léčeben. V rámci skupinového cvičení je uveden průběh lekcí a leták s cviky. Na základě domluvy s 2 fyzioterapeutkami je vytvořen nový edukační materiál s názvem "Levou zadní", kterým je zamýšleno dosavadní leták nahradit. Brožura "Levou zadní" vychází ze stávajícího letáku, jsou v ní však nahrazeny či poupraveny v něm uvedené cviky a navíc je přidána úvodní kartička s popisem dětské obezity, zásadami při provádění cviků a popisem správného držení těla. Nově je materiál také doplněn o motivační tabulku. Informace o vybraných dětských léčebnách vycházejí především z dotazníkového šetření vlastní konstrukce, který je zaměřen na terapeutické postupy a úspěšnost léčby. This bachelor's thesis summarizes the issues related to childhood obesity and the possibilities of its prevention and treatment in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part contains a definition of childhood obesity, its medical complications and consequences, investigative procedures, methods of prevention and therapy, a list and description of some of the programmes and projects promoting exercise and health and it also contains the information about the physical activity. The practical part is focused on the case interpretation of 4 patients of children obesitology in the Motol University Hospital, on the description of regular ongoing exercises in the Motol Hospital and on the description of the children's medical institutions. Within the group exercise a process of lessons and a current leaflet is described. Based on the arrangement with 2 physiotherapists a new leaflet entitled "Piece of cake" is created with the intention of replacing the existing leaflet. The brochure "Piece of cake" is based on the existing flyer, however some previous exercises are replaced or changed there.
