Bezpečné místo pro porod

Abstract

Předkládaná práce se zabývá uvažováním žen o bezpečném místu pro porod. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, jaké jsou subjektivní potřeby žen při spontánním fyzi- ologickém porodu a co nejvíce ovlivňuje rozhodování žen při výběru místa porodu. Formulovat doporučení pro praxi, které by podnítily ženy k porodům ve zdravot- nických zařízeních. Rozhovory v kvalitativním výzkumu nám ukázaly, jak dotazo- vané těhotné ženy interpretují svět kolem sebe, jaké významy připisují důležitým událostem ve svém životě. Výsledkem zkoumání bylo zjištění, že pro ženy u po- rodu není tolik důležitá konkrétní podoba porodních sálů, ve smyslu stavebního uspořádání, ale že k pocitu bezpečí potřebují vlídné prostředí a profesionální tým zdravotníků. Ženy nejsou spokojené s chováním zdravotnického personálu a ne- mají k nim důvěru. Uvádí absenci vážnosti a zástupce zdravotníků, se kterými se v průběhu porodu setkaly, popisují, jako profesionální a neempatické. Na základě této skutečnosti jsou některé ženy schopné dojít k rozhodnutí porodit své dítě doma. Vyjádřená doporučení pro praxi, by mohla takovým situacím předcházet. Klíčová slova: Bezpečné místo. The thesis is devoted to the women's consideration about the safe place for the childbirth. The goal is to find out the subjective needs of the women giving birth through spontaneous vaginal delivery and what is the significant factor moving them into the decision of choosing the birthplace. To set up the recommendations into the practice and to support the women for their spontaneous birth in the healthcare facilities is the next target. The dialogues in the quantitative research have shown us how the women could see the world around themselves and what are the important events for their lives. The result of this survey reveals that neither specific delivery room nor technical parameters are such a crucial thing. The basic factor that influences their feeling of safety is a warm atmosphere and the professional attitude of the medical stuff. Generally, the women are not satisfied with the behaviour of the medical staff and they do not trust them. In fact, they admit that the attitude of healthcare providers towards them is unprofessional and unethical. Under such experience, some women could be forced into the decision of homebirth.
