Druhá část je praktická a zabývá se komparativním šetřením, které srovnává vývoj kvality poskytovaných služeb.
Bachelor thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The first part is divided into chapters, which deal with specific stages when working with visitors of drop-in centers for children and teenagers. The second part is practical and deals with comparative investigation that compares the quality development of the services provided in drop-in centers.
