Diferenciální diagnostika a terapie bolestivého třísla

Abstract

Tato rešeršní práce přináší přehled diagnostiky a terapie různých diagnóz projevujících se bolestivostí v třísle. Zmíněny jsou diagnózy napříc různými obory lékařství. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je stručně představena anatomie a kineziologie tříselného regionu, vyšetření a jednotlivé diagnózy s jejich diagnostikou a terapií. V druhé části práce jsou popsány tři kazuistiky. Každá z kazuistik prezentuje jiné onemocnění, které se projevuje bolestí v třísle.

The thesis presents different pathologies sharing a common symptom of a painful groin. Being a very difficult problem to diagnose, it reaches almost into all medical specialties. The first part of the thesis outlines anatomy and kinesiology of the groin, explains different tests and diagnostic thinking and lists all main diagnosis with groin pain based on a thorough literature review. Therapy is included in each diagnosis description as well as imagining. The second part contains three case studies to demonstrate the variety of possible etiologies.
