Problematika zaměstnávání bývalých uživatelů návykových látek.

Abstract

Předkládaná bakalářská práce "Problematika zaměstnávání bývalých uživatelů návykových látek" popisuje možnosti a způsoby podpory, které jim jsou při vstupu na trh práce v současné době v České republice k dispozici. Práce je rozdělena do sedmi tématických kapitol, které se věnují současnému stavu na trhu práce s přihlédnutím ke specifické situaci bývalých uživatelů návyků návykových látek, jejich charakteristice včetně nástinu problematiky léčby závislostí, jejich uplatnitelnosti na trhu práce jak z pohledu klientů a pracovníků léčebných zařízení, tak z pohledu potenciálních zaměstnavatelů na území hlavního města Prahy. Dále se práce zabývá možnostmi hledání zaměstnání, které se bývalým uživatelům běžně nabízejí, a uvádí specifika zaměstnávání těchto lidí z hlediska legislativy. Poslední částí práce je popis projektu zaměstnávání bývalých uživatelů návykových látek, realizovaného Pracovní a sociální agenturou občanského sdružení SANANIM, z pohledu autorovy vlastní praxe.

The presented bachelor thesis "Problems of Employment of Ex-Drug Users" describes possibilities of their entering the labour market and ways of support that are offered to them nowadays in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into seven thematic chapters that deal with present situation at the labour market with respect to the specific needs of ex-drug users, their characteristics, including a short outline of drug addiction treatment and their opportunities at the labour market as seen both by clients and staff members of therapeutic facilities and by potential employers in territory of the City of Prague. Finally, the thesis describes ways of seeking jobs the ex-drug users may make use of and summarizes legislative specifics of their employment. The closing chapter is devoted to the description of the "Work and Social Agency" project of SANANIM NGO from the point of view of the author's own practice there.
