Činnosti všeobecné sestry v resuscitační péči

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá činnostmi všeobecné sestry na resuscitačním oddělení s cílem zjistit, zda by bylo možné hygienu pacientů na resuscitačním oddělení provádět v jiném časovém úseku než v ranních hodinách. Teoretická část je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, kde je vysvětlen pojem resuscitační péče, popsáno vzdělávání sester, činnosti sester na oddělení intenzivní péči, organizace práce a v poslední kapitole je popsán vliv nočních směn na zdraví sester. Výzkumná práce byla kombinací kvantitativní a kvalitativní metodologie s použitím etnografického přístupu, kde jsem byla po dobu pěti všedních dní součástí zdravotnického týmu. Výzkum jsem prováděla v časovém období od 17:00 do 22:00 hodin. Klíčová slova: resuscitační péče, hygiena pacientů, činnosti všeobecné sestry

The bachelor thesis deals with the activities of a general nurse at the critical care department with the aim to find out whether it would be possible to perform patient hygiene in a different time period than during a morning shift. The theoretical part is divided into five chapters where the term resuscitation care is explained, nurses education, nurses activities in the intensive care department and work organization are described. The last chapter describes the effect of night shifts on nurses' health. The research work was a combination of quantitative and qualitative methodology using an ethnographic approach, where I was part of a medical team for five working days. I conducted the research in the period from 17:00 to 22:00. Key words: resuscitation care, patient hygiene, nurse activities
