Rigor6zni pnice Ceska hudba ve Francii v letech 1945-1968 je vYsledkem meho studijniho pobytu ve Francii a navazuje na diplomovou pritci, venovanou cesko-francouzskym vztahum v mezivalecnem obdobf. Zabyva se pozicf ceske hudby ve Francii v danem obdobi,jeji recepci, nejen na koncertnfch p6difch, ale i dobovem tisku, literature a mediich. Srovnava danou situaci s mezivalecnym obdobim, pricemz vyuziva poznatku z diplomove prace. Celou problematiku zasazuje do doboveho kontextu z hudebniho i historicko-politickeho hlediska. ...

This thesis 011 Czech music in France between the years of 1945 and 1968 is the result of my studies in France and follows my memoir on the state of Franco-Czech musical relations between the two world wars. It discusses the role of Czech music in France during this period and its reception not only at concerts, but also in the press, literature and media ofthe era. This thesis compares this situation with that between the wars, using evidence taken from the memoir. The topic is seen in its historical context, from both a musical and a political point of view.
