Psychosociální problematika pacientů s poruchou hybnosti následkem poranění míchy

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na psychosociální problematiku pacientů s poruchou hybnosti následkem poranění míchy. Teoretická část práce poskytuje náhled na proces prožívání náročné životní situace vlivem vzniku zdravotního postižení a přehled současných možností pomoci a podpory. Formou kvalitativního výzkumu byla mapována psychosociální oblast při náhle vzniklém zdravotním postižení - paraplegii. Analýzou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pacienty spinální jednotky bylo zjišťováno, jakým způsobem se vyrovnávají s náročnou životní situací a jaká forma podpory je pro ně nejcennější.

The thesis is focused on the psychosocial problems of the patients with locomotion disorder due to a spinal cord injury. Theoretical part of the work provides a view of the process how the patients suffer hard life situations owing to the incurrence of their physical handicap, and also provides the survey of the present possibilities of help and support. Psychosocial area at a suddenly incurred physical handicap - paraplegia - has been surveyed by the form of a qualitative research. Thanks to the analysis of semi-structured dialogues with the spinal unit patients, it has been found out in what way the patients deal with their hard life situation and what form of the support is the most worthful for them. 9
