Spiritualita v ošetřovatelství

Abstract

Starting points: A positive attitude towards the provision of spiritual needs leads to better care and to the internal readiness of nurses to meet the spiritual needs of patients. The mere provision and acceptance of spiritual needs for patients, their relatives and colleagues leads to greater quality, satisfaction, comprehensive and holistic provision of nursing care. Objectives: The aim of the investigation was to map spirituality in nursing. Assessment of the need for faith, belief and significance. Finding out the importance of spirituality / belief in the healing process. Verification of the influence of the community or community as support for nurses and the importance of the information provided about spirituality from patients in the provision of health care. File and methods: Own investigation of spirituality in nursing through a standardized FICA questionnaire. The selection of respondents was intentional. The survey itself was carried out at the Motol University Hospital in Prague. A total of 150 paper questionnaires were distributed. There were 59 correctly completed and acceptable paper questionnaires, 18 questionnaires were collected online. Východiska: Kladný postoj k poskytování spirituálních potřeb vede ke kvalitnější péči a k vnitřní připravenosti sester naplnit spirituální potřeby pacientů. Samotné zajištění a akceptování spirituálních potřeb pacientům, jejich příbuzným a kolegům vede k větší kvalitě, spokojenosti, komplexnímu a holistickému poskytování ošetřovatelské péče. Cíle: Cílem vlastního setření bylo mapování spirituality v ošetřovatelství. Posouzení potřeby víry, přesvědčení a významu. Zjištění důležitosti spirituality / přesvědčení v procesu uzdravování. Ověření vlivu komunity, nebo společenství jako podpory pro sestry a významu poskytnutých informací o spiritualitě od nemocných při poskytování zdravotní péče. Soubor a metody: Vlastní šetření spirituality v ošetřovatelství prostřednictvím standardizovaného dotazníku FICA. Výběr respondentů byl záměrný. Vlastní šetření bylo realizované ve Fakultní nemocnici Motol v Praze. Celkem bylo rozdáno 150 papírových dotazníků. Správně vyplněných a akceptovatelných papírových dotazníku bylo 59, on- line formou bylo sesbíráno dotazníků 18. V souboru bylo 77 sester, z toho bylo 90,91 % žen (n = 70) a 9,01 % mužů (n = 7).
