Efektivita nestátních neziskových organizací v oblasti integrace a diskriminace cizinců

Abstract

Překládaná diplomová práce "Efektivita nestátních neziskových organizací v oblasti integrace a diskriminace cizinců" se věnovala zjištění efektivity služeb nestátních neziskových organizací v otázkách integrace a diskriminace cizinců. Hlavním cílem práce bylo během výzkumu najít odpovědi na několik otázek důležitých pro porozumění problematice. Jedním z cílů výzkumu bylo zjistit, odpovídá-li nabídka integračních služeb NNO deklarovaným potřebám uživatelů-cizinců. V práci bylo pojednáno o službách nabízených NNO, využívání těchto služeb cizinci, o relevanci podobných služeb a o tom, jak všestranně by mohly a měly takové organizace působit. Byla zkoumána míra účasti a pomoci neziskových organizací v řešení otázek diskriminace a integrace. Bylo zjištěno, zdali klienti a zaměstnanci vybraných nestátních neziskových organizaci povazují služby těchto NNO za efektivní. Přínosem práce jsou doporučení pro nestátní neziskové organizace, která by mohly zvýšit efektivitu a účelnost služeb v oblasti integrace a diskriminace cizinců. Doporučení vyhází z provedených hloubkových rozhovorů s klienty a dotazníkového setření zaměstnanců NNO.

This thesis "Effectiveness of NGOs in the field of integration and discrimination against foreigners" is dedicated to the service efficiency of NGOs on issues of integration and discrimination against foreigners. The main goal of the work is to find answers to questions important for understanding the issue during the research. Another aim of the research is to determine whether it conforms to offer integration services of NGOs declared needs of users-foreigners. The thesis deals with the services offered by NGOs, the use of these services by foreigners, the relevance of similar services and how versatile such organizations could and should operate. It examined the rate of participation and assist NGOs in addressing discrimination and integration of foreigners and efficiency of their services. The benefit of this work are recommendations for NGOs, which could increase the efficiency and effectiveness of services in the field of integration and discrimination against foreigners. The recommendation is based on in-depth interviews with clients and a questionnaire survey of NGO employees.
