Lucie Schuma BCaBA Název diplomové práce: Ergoterapie a Aplikovaná behaviorální analýza: Interprofesní spolupráce při nácviku personálních všedních denních činností u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra Abstrakt diplomové práce: Cílem této diplomové práce je poukázat na možnosti interprofesní spolupráce ergoterapeuta s behaviorálním analytikem u vybraných každodenních činností u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra (PAS). Pomocí analýzy činnosti je demonstrován pohled obou odborníků s důrazem na popis užívaných terapeutických prvků při intervenci. Teoretická část pojednává o základní charakteristice PAS, která zahrnuje vybrané sebeobslužné činnosti, se kterými mohou mít děti s PAS obtíže. Následující kapitoly pojednávají o základních principech a cílech ergoterapie s představením analýzy činnosti, která je jednou z významných hodnotících metod v ergoterapii. Dále je popsána historie a charakteristika Aplikované behaviorální analýzy (ABA) se zaměřením na analýzu činnosti používanou v ABA programu. The aim of this master's thesis is to describe the possibilities of interprofessional cooperation of an occupational therapist and a behavioral analyst in selected personal activities of daily living in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). With the help of activity analysis the view of both experts was demonstrated resulting in the description of their therapeutic intervention. The theoretical part describes the basic characteristics of ASD including selected personal activities of daily living with which children with ASD may have difficulties. The following chapters are about the basic principles of occupational therapy including the description of activity analysis, which is one of the important evaluation methods in occupational therapy. Furthermore the history and the basic characteristics of applied behavioral analysis (ABA) is described focusing on activity analysis used in the ABA program. The next chapter describes the common areas of both professions including shared elements and therapeutic approaches. The last chapter is devoted to the description of the interprofessional cooperation of an occupational therapy and a behavioral analyst.
