Abstract

BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Jméno, příjmení: Petra Dobešová Vedoucí práce: Ing. Milan Šebek Název bakalářské práce: Fyzioterapie u pacientů s amyotrofickou laterální sklerózou Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretickou část tvoří základy neuroanatomie potřebné pro pochopení onemocnění, patofyziologie amyotrofické laterální sklerózy (ALS) a objasnění pojmu onemocnění motoneuronu. Dále se onemocněním ALS zabývá podrobněji, pojednává o jeho historii, epidemiologii, etiologii, diagnostice, klinických projevech, klasifikaci, možnostech léčby a o paliativní péči u pacientů s ALS. Z hlediska fyzioterapeutických postupů je nejprve popsán průběh fyzioterapie v 6 stádiích progrese onemocnění. Následně jsou již popsány konkrétní fyzioterapeutické techniky, které jsou v terapii využívány s odůvodněním, co jejich pomocí můžeme ovlivnit. Popsanými technikami jsou respirační fyzioterapie, aktivní cvičení, dynamická neuromuskulární stabilizace, pasivní cvičení, polohování, možnosti kompenzačních pomůcek a možnosti ovlivnění bolesti pomocí fyzioterapie. Praktická část se skládá z informační brožury pro pacienty s ALS v 1. a 2. stádiu nemoci a kazuistiky pacienta v pozdní fázi ALS. BACHELOR THESIS ABSTRACT Title: Physiotherapy in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis Abstract: This bachelor thesis is consisting of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is consisting of the basics of neuroanatomy needed to understand the disease, pathophysiology of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and clarify the term motor neuron disease. Then is the ALS described in more details, talks about its history, epidemiology, aetiology, diagnosis, clinical manifestation, classification, treatment and palliative care in patients with ALS. In terms of physiotherapy is first described the course of physiotherapy in the 6 stages of ALS. Subsequently, specific physiotherapeutic techniques are described, which are used in therapy with a justification of what we can influence with their help. The described techniques are respiratory physiotherapy, active exercise, dynamic neuromuscular stabilization, passive exercise and the possibility of influencing pain through physiotherapy.
