K pramenům poezie: teorie geneze literárního díla u Jacquesa Maritaina

Abstract

Práce se zabývá Maritainovou teorií umění z hlediska jejího možného přínosu pro literární teorii. Ten je spatřován především v definici uměleckého díla jako takového na základě specifického básnického poznání. Básnické poznání je zvláštní nepojmový druh poznání, k němuž dochází prostřednictvím emoce, díky níž umělec skrze svou subjektivitu zachycuje nějaký jedinečný aspekt bytí. Maritainova teorie inspirace zachycuje umělecké dílo od samého počátku, od zrození tvůrčí intuice v umělcově duši až ke konečnému vtělení této intuice v konkrétním díle a naznačuje také cestu předávání smyslu díla vnímateli. V první části práce je představen širší kontext Maritainovy filozofie se zvláštním důrazem na filozofii dějin a epistemologii, oblasti, které s Maritainovou teorií umění úzce souvisí. Epistemologie proto, že Maritain definuje umění právě zvláštním druhem poznání, filozofie dějin především ve vztahu k teorii sebeuvědomění poezie. Dále je pozornost zaměřena nejprve na obecnou definici krásných umění jako jednoty umění a poezie, na vlastní teorii inspirace a poté na to, jak se inspirace, resp. básnická intuice, jež je společným jmenovatelem všech umění, vtěluje v literárním díle. This dissertation deals with the Maritain's art theory from the point of view of its potential contribution to the theory of literature. The contribution is considered to concentrate particularly in the definition of the artistic work as such on the basis of the specific poetic knowledge. Poetic knowledge is a special non-conceptional kind of knowledge, which takes place through emotions, through which the artist by means of his subjectivity portrays some unique aspect of the existence. Maritain's theory of inspiration portrays the artistic work from the very beginning, from the moment the creative intuition is born in the spirit of the artist until the final embodying of this intuition in the given art work. This theory marks also the way of passing the sense of the art work to the spectator. In the first part of the dissertation, wider context of the Maritain's philosophy is presented with particular emphasis on the philosophy of the history and on epistemology - areas, which are closely connected with the Maritain's art theory.
