Spokojenost hospitalizovaných dětí a rodičů na Oční klinice dětí a dospělých FN Motol

Abstract

Tématem mé bakalářské práce bylo zj istit, jaká je spokojenost dětí a rodičů hospitalizovaných s dítětem, s ošetřovatelskou péčí. Průzkumná práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část informuje o teorii ošetřovatelství. Charakterizuje ošetřovatelství, popisuje jeho vývoj, teorii a některé modely ošetřovatelství, potřeby pacientů, ošetřovatelský proces, dokumentaci, péči a program kvality péče. Charakterizuje základní prvky komunikace, image sestry vzdělávání sester a profesní organizaci sester. Druhá část práce zahrnuje výsledky prů zkumu a jejich analýzu. Hlavním cílem mé práce bylo zjistit jaká je skutečná spokojenost d ětských pacientů a jejich rodičů s ošetřovatelskou péčí na Oční klinice dětí a dospělý c h. Pomocí dotazníku jsem získala odpovědi od 56 rodičů a 25 dětí. Důraz jsem klad la především na celkovou spokojenost s péčí sester a na ochotu a chování sester. Vyhodnocením jsem zji stila, že ce lkově je s péčí sester spokojeno 89% dotázaných subj ektů . Výsledky mne přesvědč il y, že je možné stálé zvyšování kvality péče. The theme oť my dissertation is to find out, what is the satisfaction of children and their parents with nursing care. The text is div ided into two parts. The first part informs about nursing theory. It characterizes nursing and describes its progress, theory and several models of nursing, patients ' needs, nursing process, documentation, care and program of care quality. It describes basics of communication, image of nurses, their education and professional association. The second part contains results of my exploration and its analysis. My main objective was to find out the real satisfaction of pediatric patients and their parents with nursing care at the Department of Ophthalmology for Children and Adults in University Hospital Motol. Using questionnaire, I obtained answers of 56 parents and 25 chi ldren. I accentuated mainly general satisfaction with care, helpfulness and performance of nurses. I found out, that 89% of asked subjects were satisfied with nursing care. These results convince me, that the building-up of quality of nursing care is still possible and its monitoring is necessary.
