Psychoterapie v kompetenci všeobecné sestry

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je psychoterapie v kompetenci všeobecné sestry. V úvodní části teoreticko-praktické práce, jsou objasněny pojmy, všeobecná sestra, kompetence, dále pojmy, které se týkají prožívání pacientů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje psychoterapii, jak v obecné rovině, tak ve specifických psychoterapeutických odvětvích, která jsou pro všeobecné sestry, vhodná pro následnou práci s pacienty. V práci je zařazena komunikace, (jako součást podpůrné psychoterapie), jelikož komunikací, ať vhodnou nebo nevhodnou můžeme pacienta ovlivnit kladně nebo záporně. Praktická část je zpracována formou průzkumu. Jako metoda průzkumu byla zvolena anketa. Na anketu odpovídaly dvě skupiny respondentů: všeobecné sestry a pacienti. Výstupem práce je brožura, která by měla přiblížit jak vhodně a účelně pečovat o psychickou stránku člověka - pacienta. Brožura obsahuje praktické návody a techniky použitelné v ošetřovatelské péči. The topic of my bachelor project is Psychotherapy in the Competency of General Nurses At the beginning of my work the terms, general nurse, competency are explicated, furthermore the terms are concerned with patient's feeling. The work is divided into two parts: Theoretical and practical one. Psychotherapy is described in the theoretical part, both general and specific psychotherapeutic parts are available for nurses and the work with patients. In my work there is communication, such as supporting psychotherapy, its communication, however we can influence the patient positively and sometimes inverse. The practical part is processed by a kind of research. The method of the research was chosen by enquiry. Two groups of respondents answered to enquiry: The general nurses and patients. The outcome of the work is a paperback which could be explained effectively and usefully about mental site of the patient.
